02 sensor low voltage codes...help please

02 sensor low voltage codes...help please scanned my car at oreilly's today and got the codes
PO131 02 sensor low voltage Bank 1 sensor 1
PO151 O2 sensor low voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1
What does this mean?...I have Bosch 13111's with longtube headers

is the car tuned??? thats the same codes i got after doin any mod.had the car tuned and codes never came back..
a ported MAF will throw those codes as well....
