Intake and TB Porting Christmas Special Hello everyone. We had such a great response with our last sale and we know through the holidays modding becomes a little tougher, this sale will go through the end of December. We typically charge $300 for the intake manifold porting and $150 for the TB. When done together we charge $400
From today through December 31, we will be offering special pricing of $250 for the intake manifold and $125 for the TB. If you have both of these done together, the price will be $325. If you are not local, these prices include shipping within the 48 states.
The average gain for the intake manifold is 11rwhp/13rwtq. We have done over 200 LS2 intake manifolds and over 100 TB's. When porting the TB you will see greatly improved throttle response and bottom end/mid range seat of the pants gain.
We do also port LSX manifolds, pricing is typically $350. Through Dec 31st we will also be porting these for $275.

So how does the exchange work?
Do we send you the manifold and TB, you do the work on them and then send us back our original Manifold and TB that you've ported?
OR
Do you send us an already ported Manifold and TB and do a core charge till we send you ours?

The turn around time is 2-3 business days.
The core exchange would be that we ship a ported intake and tb to you and you would ship yours back to us once you have swapped them out. We do require it is back to us within 7 business days of receiving the pre ported peices. The core charge is $550 which would be refunded back to you when we receive your stk parts.

Blkcat-LS6 TB is electronic fly by wire and not compatible. I can port your TB you would just need to bring it to me. I do not have an LS6 right now. I may in the next few weeks though. If you find One I can install it and the ported TB if you are in a hurry.
Waldershrek-Yes, but which intake do you have? I port the LSX, LS2, LS3, LS7,L76, and a few more but not the LS6 as there is nothing to pick up on it. I will be up in Gettysburg PA the end of this week tuning and porting (Thurs 29th to tues 4th) I have a few guys coming from NY, its a bit of a trip but its worth it. Let me know 813-495-8778.
Bczee- typically I only need about 2-3 days max, sometimes same day, I travel out of town a lot so let me know when its coming.

Jeremy is the man! He knows his stuff too. A good friend of mine picked up right at 45rwhp going from a stock LS6 to his ported FAST 90 on a 402. Back to back dyno runs with no change in tuning. Him and his wife are really nice people to deal with.
