Default F-Body oil filler neck

Does anyone have a GM part number for the F-Body oil filler neck. I bought an LQ4 and the truck valve covers have a tall filler neck that looks rediculous. I like the lower profile F-Body style. Thanks, Andrew.

I appreciate the help. It seems things like that are tough to find on the net.

Andrew, other than looks, did the truck fill neck work without interference with the hood on a f body?

Also, does anyone have the f body filler neck part #? The link above no longer works.

you can also put the oil fill cap directly on the valve cover.

Thread from the dead!!!

Oil fill tube, LS1, F-body, with O-ring seal: 12559505.

Oil fill cap, LS1, F-body, with O-ring seal: 24504599.

Note that the fill tube has a lock tab that clicks into the valve cover that's almost impossible to undo. You'll break this tab if you forceably remove the tube from the valve cover.

Mr. Bell: Thank you a ton. Hey only $6 too.

Mr. Blankenship: The issue is the oil cap directly on the cover will interfere with stock LS1/6 coil packs.

Wait you can put the cap directly in the valve cover. That sounds cool.

Correct, I trimmed my coil plug clip slightly so it would not interfere.
