Default Longtube Turndowns????

I wanted to continue the true duals after a set of longtubes, but I'm a little confused how to do so. Is there a company that produces a turndown, or is this fabrication up to me???

You can buy turndowns from jegs or summit.

I'm trying to avoid a y-pipe or any exhaust beyond the the doors. Does anyone have a picture of a set-up such as this?

If you're considering running a muffler off the header and dumping it before the doors, let me tell ya, it sounds like
I had to do this for a couple of days while I waited for the rest of my exhasut to come in, and did not like it at all. Sounded like a dump truck and had no bottom end power, not to mention it set off 4 O2 codes.

right now, I have the SLP center exhaust, which I am going to remove, along with the rear valance. I was thinking, headers into borla's straight to turndowns.

Here is how I rigged mine up.

I intended it to be temporary but I've ended up running for a while. Its light weight and no loss in bottom end or anything on my car other than its loud but it doesn't bother me at all. I'm going to weld it together in the next couple weeks here and loose most of the billion clamps I used to rig it up. Its just flowmaster 1 chambers clamped to the Kooks headers. on the drivers side I had to flatten a pipe a little to clear the brace.

It looks good. Would you recommend a y-pipe before the turndown, or do twin turndowns?

i would recommend a true dual set up. It dumps before the differential and is not too far behind the door.
