Doing my intake manifold do I need any gaskets?
#2
I just had to replace my Knock sensors. First I'm sure you all ready know but be careful of the oil sensor in the back left (as you where sitting in the car). That dam thing is easy to brake. I found if you can put the socket on it it won't be as easy to brake. The hose from the brake booster catches it. Next you might have to replace the intake manifold gaskets. Depending on how they look my car had high millage on it so they looked real flat. They only cost about 24 bucks. But then again I didn't have to take my throttle body off so you might need that gasket as well. Good luck man but the main thing in is this job is the oil pressure sensor be careful. I found that out the hard way. Its not that much but 40 bucks is something that I would rather keep in my pocket.

I'd say max 2 hours if you have decent tools. 10mm, 8mm deep wells best, 2 inch extension for socket and ratchet, flat head screwdriver, pliers and something to clean the mating surfaces like a brillo pad or 3m pad, and some intake cleaner for a little extra cleaning ability if you feel like it. I'd go ahead and replace the manifold gaskets. Should be around 60 bucks from a dealership. Be careful when removing and reinstalling the fuel rail that you don't snag and tear the injector O-rings as well.
Over all it's a pretty simple job.
