How much are you looking to spend? What transmission do you have?

A cam swap often is around 800-1k, you should upgrade to at least a LS6 intake which is 300-350 and ported heads can be had for little over 1k and then add the dyno tune, it can be done but it's TIGHT.

As for combos, go to the dyno section and start combing through.

Also think about what the intended use of the car.

Furthermore with the m6, you need to consider the rear if at the track, it has a whole different kettle of fish to race that car and even if it has Drag radials and suspension, its either will light up the tires or bog and possibly break the rear.

I guess you need to decide what the intended use.

Cam, I would get something in the 228 or 232 range 590's lift range on a 112 lsa.
Heads, check out AFR, trick flows, PRC's.
As said above a ls6 intake, dyno tune, hardened push rods, new oil pump, timing chain, and lifters. That will be most of your 3-4k budget.
