Out of the 3 above, I would Magic Stick 3 (tried and proven) but I haven't ever seen the other 2 cams to choose from in person. I like my Futral FM13 cam in my car and couldn't be happier. You will probably have to tell more about what you have (car, auto, manual, mods done mods planned, cubic inch and compression of motor and GOALS). PS The other 2 camshafts are probably pretty good cams you considering but to BIG on lift and duration for my use EVER. Good Luck

TR suggested a Raptor cam also for me. They said they had some cam-only records over seas.....I couldn't find anything about the cam on other forums

Honestly for a fun daily driven car none of those cams are going to have any bottom end you will appreciate on the street. They all have a **** load of overlap and will only be top end screamers. I wouldn't put anything bigger than a 230 duration cam in.

Default Raptor cam

I am currently building my car for a MAX effort cam only setup. I had my heart set on the T-Rex cam, but after having a long talk with a few of the guys at Thunder Racing, they highly recommended me trying the Raptor camshaft. I told them i had never heard of it, or seen any numbers. They said that it was very similar to the t-rex, but had more torque. Also mentioned that it currently holds the cam only record in Australia. And if that's true then it is definitely a force to be reckoned with(Australians know there **** about cars).

I know its a new cam, but i am seriously thinking about using it, and just hope TR knows what the hell they are talking about. If i do i will be sure to post up results with it.

I am going to start a thread about it in a minute. To see if any other members have heard more, or used it. Hopefully someone chimes in.

i am sure everyone knows i love the el torro in my car, it gave me exactly what i wanted...a max effort daily driver cam...i wouldnt go any bigger than it for a daily driver, there is no reason to...the cams you listed are not really a max effort DD, they are a max effort track car...if that is what you are looking for then by all means get one of those they are all very similiar and will be within 5hp of each other...

great times still can be made with a smaller more street friendly 230/230 cam, in the end you have to be honest with yourself of what u really want...

a true daily driver...230/230 ish cam

or a track car that you call your daily driver...trex, polluter, g5x4, ms4, raptor...all of these cams are very close to one another

a lot of us know about your car and the great numbers and times it is making. but is there anyone else running this cam yet? i'm still planning on running it, but wont go in until the spring. Was hoping to hear some more numbers or times with the "el torro" before spring.

sorry for getting off topic. . .
