ls7 lifters in. ticking stopped, no more surging, and engine in general feels tighter/more responsive IMO.

how bad does a push rod have to be bent to make a noise? i replaced my springs and lifters and still have a noise. its gone while at idle but with any load it comes back. i pulled the coild wires one at a time and noise would not go away. the best way to describe it is if you had a slide hammer that didn't slide smooth. so it would make a ssslllliiidddeee noise until it hit the end and it would dink. or tick ssllliiidddee dink sslliiddee dink
