You want to build torque to move that heavy beast. Higher compression and smaller intake runners are going to build torque. I don't know enough about all the different cylinder head offerings to give you a definitive answer as to what ones are best, but a lot of it depends on your budget. If money is no object, I'd go with some AFR 205s, but if you're on a budget, Patriot 243s that are milled would be excellent.

4.10 gears, Lots of trans work, (to deal with the weight and constant throttle-DON'T LIE!! lol). Maybe up the stall to 3600-3800. I agree. Port velocity will be the key with the heads. 36-42lb injectors, NW90-FAST92. 1 3/4-1 7/8 stepped hedders, 11-? compression, and hope your cam is mid range top end friendly. A crisp tune is paramount, and do you already have a good fuel pump? If you don't see the 11's, very low 12's is realistic. Keep us posted.

The heads are already good on the truck just port them a lil. The cam you are going with what is the lsa on it? You would want it a lil wide so you have a flatter torque curve to get that heavy beast off the line. Ditto on a bigger stall. A 3600-3800 should still be pretty driveable. You asking alot out of that truck for the weight it is to run 11's on motor.
