The words "biggest cam" and "stock TC" do not go together at all. Even with the stock cam a 3k stall converter will wake the car up big time. Putting a larger cam on the stock TC will make it a dog off the line unless you are going small (224-228ish). If you don't have the budget for both, I would recomend getting the converter first and the cam later.

the MS4 is probably the best cam I can think of to run on the stock converter. its down low power range is perfectly suited to factory TC.

seriously though, why even cam it if you dont want a stall,? let me guess you just want the sound??? if thats the case slap in the HOT CAM and be on your way.

maybe some people just want a little more umph in thier car without having to get into other areas, seriously i have had a tr224 all the way up to the t-rex. on my 99 camaro the 224 was pushing my stock tourque converter if you dont want to get into them areas then the 224 is the most you want.... either that or a ls6 cam

subscribed
a 220/220
220/224 would be good on a 114 lsa
ls6 cam will maintain near stock driveability w/ a few extra ponies
unfortunatley this is the road less traveled so help will be close to nill
