Power will depend on the cam you plan on going with.

As mentioned above, we'll need an idea of camshaft size to give you a ballpark on the potential HP to be made out of a certain combo. Feel free to PM or give me a call and we can run over some ideas for you.

Thanks!

good all around cam, nice low and mid range.

with mild heads you should be in the 425rwhp range. give or take depending on the car and other mods.

whoops...when i looked at the link i think the cam choice that was listed as the default was the 228

but yeah with that cam and the mild heads i think 425 is doable with a good tune.

the stg 1 heads aren't stellar...but they are alot better than stock.

put a thinner gasket on it to boost compression, and help with the power.

hmm....just for the hell of it i clicked the link again...and the Torquer V3 came up.
so i have no idea whats up....

425 can definately be done with the 228R, we recently did a few cars with the Stage 2.5 5.3l cars that made right close to the 430rwhp range. I'd fully expect to see the Stage 1 LS6 head combo right there.

Pay close attention to the dyno results section. I think you'll find the PRC heads constantly out perform the competition. Look in the dyno section for independent results, for the money the PRC heads can't be beat.

guys I can look through my videos, did you check ls1sounds.com??

Make no mistake just because we price the PRC heads for the budget minded customer, doesn't make it a budget head like the competitors in this price range. Quick searches for honest independent flow & dyno numbers will show the PRC heads time & time again smashing the other brands ported stock castings...

This seems like a very good kit. I think I am going to be picking this up soon.

I will have Pacesetter LT's, TSP true dual kit, ls6 intake, P/P TB, and this kit.

430 RWHP should be no problem for me.

I would get the dual valve springs as well tho. As well as the ls6 oil pump and rollmaster timing chain. It would actually be cheaper for me to get the stage 2.5 with the 5.3l heads. Would this be a better way to go?

Dont mean to hijack your thread, man. I apologize.
