MTI X1 Cam and Heads? hey All , I'm looking to get the MTI X1 Cam and heads but I'm wondering what heads package is the best on the market I was thinking The GTP's from thunderracing I hear they are good. But if I get them with the X1 Which stage should I get or are there Better performing heads? thanks for all the help

Get stage 2 heads-2.02 Intake 1.60 exhaust-I have this setup and it rocks.The X1 cam is very affective and with a set of stage 2 heads its all good.I would say definitely get stage 2 heads-theres a lot of good heads out on the market right now-I say just go ahead and get the MTI S2's. 
Re: MTI X1 Cam and Heads? there are a ton of great H/C packages its almost hard to go wrong.
i dont know if that deal is still on but TSP had there H/C package complete for 2200 or so shipped, you cant beat that.

Re: MTI X1 Cam and Heads? My 382 Ls1 Stroker get the same if not a little better gas mileage then my stock motor. Im running the X1 Cam on a 112 Lsa. I have stage 2 heads done by a local porter and my car makes great power. I would suggest you to stay with 2.02 1.60 valves. Since you will be keeping your stock bore you dont need a monster intake valve.
