Default prc double springs ... anyone using? input please

texas speed sells these ... anyone using? ... how do they compare with patriot doubles? (seem same, both priced nicely)

also, with 41k miles what are thoughts on lifters and pushrods being re-used?

i have the prc's, they work just fine on my high lift cam, get hardened pushrods.

i would use new lifters if you are installing a new cam.

I too am running the PRC springs.. with my G5X3 cam, i have approx 17K on these...

Im using the PRC springs as well with no issue on a .612/.619 lift cam. For sure get hardened pushrods and lifters are pretty cheap, might as well grab a set of LS7 lifters and lifter trays while you're at it.

PRC springs here, and definitely replace pushrods with hardened ones, your lifters will be fine.

PAC 1518 is a better spring IMO. It is lighter and should last longer since it is nitrided....
