^ That's a pretty nice one too.

I wish mine would have gone out in a blaze of glory. I could at least be proud of amtracking a mustang or nuking it on a 200 shot, but mine blew up when I went to start it. I turned the key and it blew chunks out of the block and oil pan before it even turned over.

I wish I had pictures of my truck block that went. I didn't take it apart, but did take in parts of my block into auto class for show and tell....I wondered what the piston/rod looked like.

Here's pic of mine from a couple of years ago. Not nearly as bad as some of the other pics here; but it also cracked the block, bent the connecting rod and tore up the piston. I also included a pic of the reworked head which is on the car now.

WRE welded the combustion chamber then the heads were reworked by Tony at AFR.

Nalmak - I can't speak for the others, but mine was not due to the tune.

Default wow... alot worst than i tought i was ..

wow wow wow .. i bought this car .. told by the previous owner seized the motor 1 random day .. then turns out that it was sprayed with a NOS kit .. get this .. fucken nitrous kit had no nozles in it ... guess it was spraying directly from the solenoied ... lol

but wow .. 3 completley broken rods, 3 other bent rods and only 2 pistons salvagable . cracks on each side of the block , windage tray completly destroyed and the crank is missing chunks .. lol this was baaaaaad .... at least oil pan survived ..

now this is how u **** **** up ..lol

now i knw these blocks aint supose to have any holes or cracks in them !!

preview of what to come ...
