Default Does anyone have a link to cam only install instructions?

I've done them on about 5-6 big blocks and small blocks. I'd like step by step instructions for the LS1. I've seen one for a head/cam install, but I was wondering if anyone has instructions for a cam only?

For the LS1 there is a much better type of spring compressor you can use; it looks like a rocker with a sealed bearing in it and you use a rachet handle to operate it.

I was just loking at the link he posted, FYI, I am EPA Certified in Heating and A/C, both home and automotive, it is ILLEGAL to vent you A/C system to the air like, 134a or not. It is a $10,000 fine and if someone sees you and turns you in, they get the $10,000. That is the info in the EPA's booklet from my classes.

lol, well at least call me before you do vent so I can call the EPA and get $10 grand, thats a real good set of heads/cam and headers. Even a 12 bolt Moser for me!

...you don't need to discharge your AC to change the cam.

Besides being a bad thing for your cooling system because it introduces moister into the sysytem, it is not legal...

...just unbolt the condensor unit and lift it up out of the way when changing the cam...
