prc .660" springs with stock cam ok?
I bought a used motor with these springs and a ms4 cam but I want to run a stock cam since I dont want to buy any bolt-ons,car is stock. Will I be safe using them or should I use my stock spring with about 107k.I really dont want to buy any more parts.

reuse 107K miles springs???
OP, if you go back to stock cam, at least get a set of new OEM springs, even LS2, LS6 springs are dirt cheap.
Do not be lazy, spend the $
You are also going to need to retune your car, running stock cam on a big cam tune can be very unhealthy to the motor.

I would not recommend using such high pressure springs on a stock cam, especialy with stock pushrods (they will bend).
I still advise to get a low mile set of springs (OEM or LS2/LS6), see if anyone has any barely used takeoffs (if you are on a budget)

See the duals will run (with hardened push rods), but it will put unnecessary strain on the valve train.
Stock pushrods will flex like more with those springs and that would be even worse.
