Default should I reuse my PRC duals on my new heads?

I got some Trickflow heads that I plan on using in the spring, but they have no springs. I installed a new set of PRC duals in my stock heads, they have about 10,000 miles on them. Would I be ok just reusing them or should I get new ones?

X2
I would go with new springs as well, not worth the risk for the heads or the bottom end.

Ya 10,000 is a pretty good life for that spring, especially if you have a big cam. just consider it preventive maintenance.

Do 921s they are maintenance free and can be re used with no issues. I am using my 921s in my second HC package and no problems at all.

You could probably reuse those springs if you wanted to and not have an issue at all. We have customers with MS3 cams with 25k+ on those springs without an issue at all. If you were going to replace them I would go with the PRC EHT dual spring. They are probably the best dual spring to fit in the stock pocket on the market. We have tested them against several of the leading valvesprings on the market and they will far outlast any of the popular .650" dual springs on the market today! You also won't see the spring sag like the others with this spring as well so your seat pressures won't drop. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions!

Better safe than sorry !!! but just buy New Dual Springs for around $160 instead of $250 for the whole kit

As a note, you'll need a different spring seat than our kit comes with for that aftermarket casting head. It has a larger OD valve-guide (well, not the guide really but the meat around it).
