Default Do I have everything for a head swap?

I did a search and didn't see any topics so here goes. I've decided to go with some PRC 1.0 243's to replace my stock 241 heads. I've been looking at the thread on ls1howto.com for the head swap and I was wondering if anyone has a place other than gmpartsdirect.com for getting gm parts? The parts numbers listed on that site show the drivers side head gasket discontinued. At the same time, I think I'm going to do the ls6 valley cover conversion while I have everything apart. So here is my list and if anyone has a better link to them it would be greatly appreciated:

Already in car:
New pushrods
F13 Cam

To be Ordered:
PRC 1.0 LS6 heads with 59cc chambers
PRC Dual Springs, the comp 918's only go to .600 so I'd rather have some extra room
2001+ LS6 Engine Valley Cover (1x GMPN 12568002)
Valve cover plug (1x GMPN 12568011)
All new Bolts:
16 Long "M-11" Headbolts PN 12560744- didn't show up on there site, anyone have a link?
4 Short "M-11" Headbolts PN 12560745 -Gm parts direct
10 "M-8" Headbolts PN 12558840 -Gm parts direct
Dexcool
New headers gaskets
EDIT: LS7 Lifters most likely
I assume I don't need to replace the waterpump gasket?

Where did you get your headgaskets? And does anyone have a link to them?

Anything else obvious that I'm forgetting? Anything else I should replace while I have it apart? I plan on ordering everything later this week. Thanks in advance!

replace the oil pump as well... you can just go to a chevy/gm dealership and get the head gaskets.

About the oil pump... I've seen people posting about ported vs non-ported and what brand would you recommend? How much should I expect to spend and is it definitely necessary? Thanks for the replies thus far!

I'll check the length sounds good. I also just did new plugs and wires about a month or two ago .

I went with new valve cover gaskets too when I did mine, not completely necessary, but peace of mind with brand new heads you'll have a tight seal with new gaskets. They're pretty cheap so why not.

Do you have stock fuel injectors? Not that it's a necessity with your head swap, but with cam/heads, you might be close to maxing out the stockers.

Thanks for the replies!
-Have newer valve cover seals on there
-Stock Injectors, I'll be putting some spray on there in the future, so I will upgrade when the time comes if necessary

-Where can I get the ls2 lifter trays and are they required to upgrade to ls7 lifters?
