Custom BRE 224 cam here, perfect for daily driving as I gained power everywhere. It lopes alright too.

Nitroused has the nastiest sounding 224 cam ive ever heard ^.

Looks like what you want right there, lol.

How much power are you wanting to make?

With the cutout closed and through the slp dual dual muffler its pretty tame. Now that I installed a fast 85mm intake and will be installing an underdrive pulley I should be around 430rwhp. Not bad for ebay headers and unported 243 heads (milled .020 and 5 angle valve job I did).

Buddy of mine has a 228r on 112lsa in a 2000 firebird, with longtube headers and e cutout, it made 384 and has very good midrange power. I would highly suggest this setup for a daily!
