Not enough to make it worth your while in my opinion. At least step up to something like a Thunder Racing 224/227 .563/.569 114 LSA or Texas Speed 224R cam. What valve springs do you currently have?

2002+ LS6 cam
204/218 int/exh @ 0.05" duration
0.551" / 0.547" int/exh lift
117 LSA
So you're adding 8 degrees and a smidge of lift, and the heads.
The cam would gain 10-15 hp over the old cam, if you had both in the car with the new heads. Up to you if it's worth it or not.

Right now I only have the 04 zo6 factory pkg heads ,cam, intake,.
But I was only looking for somewhere like around 25 more hp that's it ,wasn't trying to jump it up a whole lot .

Get this cam package from TSP (see link). Use the drop down menus and select 224R cam with 115 LSA. Get either the PAC or Comp Cams beehive valve springs. The kit comes with hardened pushrods. If you have a good tuner and set the idle up a little higher, a lot of people won't even know you have a cam. If you really want a sleeper and don't mind a little less power, then get the 220/220 cam with 116 LSA. You can definitely can pass that off as stock.

the whole sneaky thing is kinda stupid if you ask me...lope or not it's not hard to tell when something's up when a car is that much quicker than it should be, but a cam swap costs too much to waste the money on those minimal gains IMO
my buddy put a stock 98 cam in his 01 during the engine rebuild and the stock tune lets it lope enough he could easily convince someone it was cammed larger than a tiny cam

The 04 ls6 cam is nice but I just want like 10 hp more from cam an at least 15 more from the heads , work will be done by me and my Uncle.
And I have stock heads 243's just wanna bump it up a little more.

If that is all your looking for then your about right with the cam just as is off the shelf on a 115lsa. I have the same cam in a 5.3 on a 114lsa c specs in sig. with stock idle it does lope but at about 750rpm all lope is gone. cam was a great gain to my truck as i have seen the really good results from the baby 216/220 comp offers. that cam is over 400rwhp on a full bolted ls1 with a good set of heads. cant even hear its there on most set ups. the small cams tend to be really good for fi later which were my intentions when ordering mine.
