Default New cam no tune am i ok to drive it pre tune?

Like the title says i got done doing a cam swap from stock to a pretty irratic 240/240 600 lift cam on a 110 lsa. Im in the process of moving and was just wondering if im ok to drive the car or if i risk hurting anything? The weather has also been really cold lately... like 30's to 40's. Thanks in advance guys

EDIT: i would also like to mention i didnt change out the injectors from when the car was previously tuned

You risk blowing up your motor. You need to at least get a baseline tune

Since you changed injectors you need to input proper injector table info in the tune. Your cam is also petty big and that can be a danger of going lean in upper rpms and too rich below that.
Bottom line, get it tuned ASAP

Aside from starting it and watching it idle I would be ultra cautious if I had to drive it. Maybe nothing more than foot off the brake or clutch disengaged idle and limit to a few city blocks. Probably runs kind of iffy right now anyway. But you will either lean out or just wash down the cylinder walls and going from stock to that size it is really risky. Bottom line is spend the 40-75$ to have it towed where you are getting it tuned.

I wouldnt say no tune if you had it tuned previously though. But also assume that its no where near where it needs to be.

If I am reading it correctly the OP did NOT change the injectors.

Assuming the front O2 sensors are still in place, won't you get a error code if the air/fuel mixture is so out of whack as to cause immediate damage?

what everyone is saying is right, you really do need a tune but if you MUST drive it then drive it very easy, no spirited driving

Go easy, no high RPM's, but only if you MUST. Don't go driving it just because you want to drive it.

Why risk thousands of $$$ in exchange for the peace of mind from towing it? You made the right choice.
