Default What cam WOULD U PICK

So here my mods fast 78mm tb, fast 78mm intake, ss4000 stall, stock 243 heads, full exhaust, gear not sure yet ether 3.73,3.90,4.10, 36# injectours, 255 walbro,. Will shoot a 150 latter on. I called tsp, vr, eps, tr. Here the cams they picked out for me my goals are 11.1-11.5 motor and 10.xx-10.xx on 150. Which one would you guys pick

tsp-ms3 237/242 .603/.609
vr-vrx5 236/238 .601/.605

I love the MS3, but the 233/239. 595/.603 also from Texas Speed will get the results your looking for with the correct setup.

That Raptor looks quite large, any more info on it?

MS3 might get you there, might need the 90/90 tb/intake though.

Which ever one of those you choose I think you'd need to have the converter upped to get the most out of it.

I would use the smallest of the 6 listed. And use the 4:10 gear also.

I wouldnt get the cam that you dont know the specs on. Is your car a DD or weekend warrior?

Right off the top of my head i'll say the MS3 on spray but EPS have been the big talk lately.

I second this or the 233/239 which will leave a little more clearance if you decide to have the heads worked. You would probly need to flycut if you had them milled at all anyways.

I pick the raptor. I think it work real well on the spray. Its big but not too big.

Eps should make the same power and have better manners.

What kind of heads will you be getting?
I personally would get a custom grind.

What will you end up going to? You won't get really deep into the 11s with those heads if you plan on keeping it a street car.
I would get a custom grind.. then later on I would look into getting a nice set of heads.

Something like in the 232/239 range from Futral Motorsports. Will compliment you setup NA and on juice. No need for a bigger converter but maybe a bigger intake.
