Default Wont start video added please help (MORE VIDEOS ADDED)

Well just finished putting my motor back together, put different stock head put the stock cam back in and different intake but now it wont start now. Can it be cause it still has the tune from my other setup? I know it wont run good without a tune, but would that be the reason it dont turn on?

what it does now

6 coils were bad? Doubt it. Did you try giving it throttle while starting? When I installed my heads and cam, in order for the car to start I had to lightly tap the gas peddle when cranking.

vats, will sometimes still allow you to crank but disables the fuel.
Is there a "security" light that stays on on your instrument cluster?

it should still run without a good tune. sounds like a vats issue to me or... when you installed the cam and timing chain did you make sure that the gears were lined up dot to dot? could be a tooth off?
