Default blowby

I have a ton of oil smoke coming out my exhaust, valve covers and dipstick under hard acceleration and revving. would a catch can help to eliminate some of the smoke caused from the blowby. The car also has a loud tick, probably lifter. could a bad lifter cause blowby? thanks

you weld a fitting in the exhaust and there a check valve right after the fitting then it goes to both valve covers and it sucks all the crank case presure out and puts it in the exhaust. by using the exhaust presure to suck it out

If you have an issue with Blowby then you either need new rings or you have a restriction somewhere.

im in the same boat i bought a good catch can and did not help at all if you have a lot of blow by and smokes like a train under hard acceleration burning a lot of oil only way to fix it is by re-ringing your engine!! that is what im going to do!! is embarrassing to have a 500rwhp car that smokes like that!! can not even race!!

Yeah... blow-by means somethings wrong anything external to try to fix it is just a temporary band-aid. Time for a bottom end.
