Custom Comp grind on LSL lobes. 239/247 .623"/.623" 110lsa installed 110 icl. Stock 241 heads, ARH 1 7/8"x3" headers, 5" extensions off the collectors into Vibrant turbo mufflers, Ported Fast 92/96 by Vengence.
Made 405rwhp 350rwtq through an unlocked Circle D 5c 5000 stall, 4.10 gears, spool and 275/60/15(28") Hoosier Drag Radials at 21psi. For sure wasn't going for a number, just dyno'd it the way it runs at the track.

Yea I just want one that sounds ******* nasty (preferably bigger) & can put down some awesome numbers & performs at the track. Drive ability isn't a big deal to me....

That sound nasty enough for you?
SuperSlow not offended by it if you were, but were you referring to my post when you said don't worry about dyno numbers?

But I don't know I've been looking into England Green Mayhem cam? Sounds good & puts down some impressive numbers & times. When I go with a cam I plan to get some LS6 heads as well so. Or I've been hearing good things about the Tick Performance Polluter cam? Guess I need to call around & see what some shops recommend

Fbodyjunkie06- not in the slightest lol. 6sec 1/8mi time slip speaks for its self. Just to many people get hung up on Dyno numbers instead of actual track numbers. Granted the 2 go hand in hand most of the time lol.

I didn't think you were buddy! Sorry about that! Hope to get it even deeper into the low low 6's on motor this year and 5.60's on spray!

Might go with something in the 24x/24x 110 LSA range & trade my friend his 4.30 gears for my 3.89s since hes making to much hp for the gears haha

1978 Caprice LQ9 Swap (Approx 2 Tons with me in it)
Stock LQ9
EPS Cam (234/246 @ .050, .602/.607 on a 111 LSA) (Link: http://www.engpwrsys.com/index.php?a...d&productId=10 )
LS6 Intake
ARP Rod Bolts
Headman Headers (Full Length with crappy lil 1.5" primary's)
TH400 Trans
Redneck Racing 4500 Stall
GM 10 Bolt
Converter seemed to slip A LOT on the Dyno, only 388rwhp/368rwtq
First and Second trip to the track, 10 bolt gave up the ghost (blew rear end each time I went to the track), but ran a 12.0@111 with a 1.6 60ft with it not really utilizing 1st gear, mostly just 2nd and 3rd gear.
No doubt in my mind that it has mid 11's in it once I get a rear end to hold the power and get 1st gear to work (it basically only has 2nd and 3rd gear at the moment.)
