15hp I wouldnt think would be out of the question... Mostly from the compression increase

Stock 799's with an ms3 and I would say probably 415 to the wheels. The only power you will see with the heads will be from compression alone. The stock 317's have the same ports as the 243's and 799's.

I am thinking I will mill the 799s to bring up the compression even further. I just need to measure how much to avoid fly cutting the dish top pistons.

Thanks

Does anyone have a cam they would reccommend that would make more power than the MS3 or the same amount power but I could run single valve springs I would really like to keep the valve train weight down if I can

With the ms3, you will quickly run out of room and have to fly cut the pistons. It barely fits in a stock ls1

if you are trying to stay with single beehive springs and not go duals..your looking at cams just under .600 lift maybe slightly higher depending on the springs.

Look at the Tsp cam/spring packages..you can run the cam with better springs and pushrods, ask them what would be the best setup for the gain you want..without flycutting.I think you are pushing that limit where measuring is crucial for ptv.
