Another thing where I messed up I installed my rockers wrong again I torquerd intake then spun the motor and did exaust..... Ugh I need to pay a little more attention to what I'm doing and stop trying to rush to get.her started I will fix tomorrow and see if that's what my problem is

stock idle speed was 800rpm. i'm not saying it idled perfect but it did well enough to be somewhat stable

Didn't get it til now!!! I checked my coil harness and my wires on it was backwards I switched around and in the morning I will give it another shot thanks dude

Well that is the problem! If your wires were switched around backwards that will defintiely cause it to backfire!

Lol I know it clicked when I was eating A bowl of cereal stop eating to go check and driver side was backwards thanks for sticking around and with all the help again

Finally got her running after the few days and thanks to mm98 that was the issue with the backfire ans thanks to martin for the right up got my valves adjust right on valve train sounds like it did when it was stock

Thoses were going to the o2 sensor I just rewired them hooked my scan tool up to it and code was gone and I cleared the other codes from my auto conversion
