What closed and open spring pressures, type and spec springs do you recommend for the torqueMAX Stage 2 ? Regular and mild lobe.
If you were designing a cam with the characteristics of the torqueMAX series but was able to use stock LS6 springs how would it measure ?
What all is done to your car? I know it's cam only, but what consists of those modifications? What year is it?
Underspeed/overspeed timing can also affect this as well as can the IAC motor tables. It will take some playing with to get it right. I don't do the tuning at our shop and I don't consider myself a tuner, so try and find someone that does this everyday to guide you to what you may need to do!
I bet it does! That thing hasn't even rolled over on itself yet at 6500rpm!!! If your car is an 02 or newer I'd twist that thing's guts out to 7200rpm and take advantage of all of that power.
7200rpm??? How long are you expecting the sns stage 3 to carry the power? I have mine set at 6800rpm right now and hopefully soon I can get on a dyno and see where power drops off.

Seeing as how it hasn't even begun to roll over in the slightest bit at 6500rpm I guarantee it holds power to within 10-15rwhp of 455 by 7200rpm. That's a power curve that will scoot a Vette down track to a cam only record if the owner was so inclined to do so...hehehe....
You're selling yourself short at 6800rpm IMO Ross. Try a 7200rpm limiter with a 6800rpm shift point.

you have me having bad dreams about fly cutting!!!! Although when I am finished, the little 347 turns into a 427 so not all is bad..LOL
I figure me fly cutting pistons will go something like this..

And then it will be like!

Cheers,
