What is the "best" and "most reliable" drop in dual spring?

Patriot Spring The Patriot spring is made of the best materials.The manufacturing process is used to make prostock drag springs.The spring is electro polished,this removes stress risers from the spring and improves spring life.The others are not polished.This process is patented.This spring will run everyday @ .650 valve lift.

My friend broke one last week with a tsp cam. Not saying they are bad. He did have some miles on them and the outter spring saved his motor. Overall from what I have seen all dual springs are about the same as long as run at the right specs.

MTI has developed a set for .650 lift and high ramp rates to go w/thier big cams...they fit in the stock retainer and everything.
But like someone else said you'll get a 100 different answers.
I had the HEAVY DUTY cranes in my heads that needed machining to fit. I loved those.

How long ago did he buy his heads/springs?What type of cam?I am not aware of any broken "GOLD" springs.Have him call me.

I just talked to him and he said they were the ones before the gold springs. He just got a set of the golds on there and said they look like very good springs. He put the heads cam combo on there I think about a year ago. I want to say the cam is 228/224.
How long would you go before replacing these springs?
