Just did a quick search and found they're 28lb, my coworkers has a 2000 camaro 383 stroker ls1 and he's still not maxing out his stock injectors til around 6,500rpm and he's spinning up to 7,000rpm, I'm only goin to rev to 6,500 though

displacement doesn't matter HP does. A decent heads/cam motor can easily need more fuel than a halfassed stroker. NO idea what your friend has but don't mistake the displacement for anything other than displacement. I have seen strokers in other engine make completely stock power, there are some very bad shops and very ignorant people out there.
It is OK to max out injectors just so long as it doesn't go lean. Is the nitrous fed from the stock fuel system or a standalone? I would be wary of maxing out the injectors while trying to feed 150 shot just because one oops and boom. If the nitrous starts to make the fuel pressure drop because of high demand and you were on the ragged edge..........................
I might be inclined to consider a standalone system for the nitrous and leave the stock fuel system for the motor. This also makes it easier to give it some extra octane on the jug if you get greedy later.

Nitrous is fed through stock fuel rails and I see what u mean there but id rather just up my injectors a size than purchase a stand alone and tank considering there's no room on a vette lol. And my buddies car is putting down 475 at the rear he's got a ms4 cam, patriot stage 2.5 243 heads and eagle bottom end

You'll need a pump too....
There's room, I just installed one on my C6. Honestly I'm so glad I did because now I'm not limited at all... except by my trans but I'm not spraying through the shifts.
