Default 400+ rwhp smog legal

I am trying to get my 98 Trans am to 400 rwhp or more but as long as i get 400 i'd be happy. How can I get my car up in those numbers to the wheels without going smog illegal. I really need help please help me out. I Know I am going to go with a JBA shortie headers for sure but other then that I dont know what else. Please help

IMO, get the GM 806 heads Fully ported and milled(60-62cc chambers) by Advanced Induction, run a FAST 92 intake(egr is easily mounted in the stock location) with the raised red logo removed. Get a CBM black finish throttle body adapter #CBM-10708-B and use you ported stock TB. IMO, for a cam 218/226 116lsa+3 would work good and have -10 overlap.
For a shelf grind I'd go with the Tick performance "Emissions Friendly"cam, 218/230 117lsa +2 , -10* overlap.

IMO, I believe this would pass the visual inspection, and the sniffer without a problem with a good tune of course!

define "smog legal" true smog legal with all the CARB numbers is very difficult to work around. Just passing the sniffer a whole lot easier to deal with.
