Which cam
I have a 98ls1 that's getting forged rods and pistons.tea ls6 stage 2 heads milled to 59cc 11.1cr.port matched fast 92mm intake 1-7/8 headers full 3in exhaust borla xr1 mufflers,4l60e circle d 5c stall 4.10 rear gear.putting this in a foxbody with race weight of 2950-3,000lb.not a daily driver but mabe 2times a week and sometimes track.i have a few cams in mind.i would love for the car to run mid to low 10s and mid to low 6s 1/8 mile on motor which cam would be my better choice,don't want a big donkey dick cam I think all of these should have good drivability.

With the setup you're running it's just begging for a big cam!! Put something in there that will take advantage of the compression, heads and converter you have! But that's just me, I like big converters and big cams!!

Tick Street Heat Stage 2 (ls2 version). It'll have just a few more degrees of overlap than the EPS cam on your list which has 10*OL, but will favor the top end more.

Now, for the cams ONLY on your list, I'd go with #2nd-FTI Hellraiser-229/236 111, mainly because of the wider split.

I no a big cam would make a lot of dyno power,but no usable power the cams I picked out I have seen them run 10.50-60 1/4 mile 33-3500lb vehicle and still daily drivable,I haven't seen bigger cams that do much better other than give up drivability

Awesome brother. I loved it. I had a stock 10 bolt with 3.42's, and it was still fun to drive. Upper RPM just wanted to pull and pull. Mine was ground on a 112+2 as well.
This is my sheet with AFR 205's (59cc) stock GM MLS gasket, Unported FAST 92/92, and an SLP lid. Stock 145k mile shortblock...
I was actually spec'd that cam as a cam only, and wound up piecing everything else together before it became install time. Ed said not to worry though, as more air in = more air out.

Did you ever get a time slip on it Ed actually to me it would work well with my set up all the cams were spec for my set up but trying to see which one is better

Also guys I'm not saying a bigger cam is out the question but I don't want a big cam that makes 5-10 or half a tenth faster than the ones I choose,Brian tooley also told me many people change cam chasing a dyno number and gets slower at the track,so I'm just a fan of small to mid size cams

I did his combination for him. He has a 2900lb. fox body with the simplest combo I feel I've ever done.
Stock bottom end LQ4
Stock 799 heads (10.3:1 compression)
Victor Junior
800 Carb
231/240 .617/.588 110lsa camshaft
Power glide with 5000 stall
4.56 gears
This car runs consistent 6.40's@106 with 1.4x 60's
It's been 5.90@115 with a 150 shot and a 1.32 60'.
You have a light car. You have compression and a big stall. There is no reason not to run a bigger cam.
I ran 239/247 110lsa cam in my stock bottom end 3000lb. F-body with the same 5C stall. It was loosened up to 5800rpm. With a 4.11 rear gear I was able to get it to go 6.38@105 CAM ONLY.
Stock 241 heads just like they came from GM. Fast 92 with a 92mm NW TB. 1x7/8" ARH headers. Extremely simple combo with way less compression than you have. I was using heads that are no where near the level of your heads either.
Just something to think about. I have personal experience with a light weight car, the exact same stall converter you're running and a much larger cam than you're contemplating. It's no coincidence at all as to why the combo I personally owned runs the times you're looking to run with a stock bottom end CAM ONLY.
At one point in time I was going to put CNC ported heads on my car, fly-cut the pistons and make a run for 5.90's but I put nitrous on it instead. I know it would have done it. I just needed more horsepower.
My times were also done off the foot brake. Here is bottom 6.40 pass:
