So I came across a deal for a supercharger off of a zl1 and can get all of the accessories for it as well for a good price. I am contemplating switching to lsa heads and running this with my high compression. However, I am not sure if FI would work well with high compression even when e85 is used. Does anyone know?

I wasn't sure since I know almost nothing about FI. I also wasn't sure if e85 allows for more compression with FI. How much lower would I need? I could probably drop it a few points with other heads and a different head gasket.

.060 thick head gasket is what I was looking at. .051 ls3 gasket will put it at 12.1 and ls9 will put it at 12.01. I am also figuring 70cc chamber lsa heads.

You won't want to run 20 plus pounds of boost, but 8-10 would be fine @11.5 compression. NA engines are quench sensitive but nitrous and boosted don't seem to care. A larger chamber with a .070-.080 gasket would still be fine should you decide to change up the combo. You will want to run a quality E85 as pump stuff can vary a bit and the higher static with the boost will narrow the happy range.
