Alright so after talking to Martin I am now to get -11cc Wiseco pistons and ls3 or lsa heads and have them milled down to 65 cc with the ls9 head gasket that will give me 10.9:1 which is perfect for e85 and boost. I wonder if Wiseco will sell only their pistons and not the whole kit since that is all I need. I found a set of new bare ls3 heads milled down to 64 cc with bronze guides for $589 though. It may cost way more to buy all the necessary stuff to get them assembled than to just buy complete heads though.

Alright what would the price be on just the pistons, you can email me or message me of FB if you don't want to post that up.

Also I am selling my heads for anyone who wants them lol.

Also my supercharger came in. I just need a couple more parts for it to be totally complete and ready for bolt on once my block is built.

So I am considering getting GMPP LS3 CNC'd heads which flow more than 350 cfm at intake and 250 exhaust at. 600. They are only $200 more expensive than new ls3 stock heads. I could (if possible) later have more work done to them if wanted but they seem to flow really nice out of the box. This is as opposed to getting just new stock ls3 heads. On paper which I know is different than how they may actually perform they seem to out flow both the PRC and SD heads and they are cheaper even with adding the BTR .660 springs.

For just $200 more, I'd say go for it. That's a drop in the bucket to what you've already spent.

I haven't measured it but from what I could find online it is between 10" and 10.5" and the space between the block and the cowl is 10.5". I'll mock it up when it is all assembled but I don't think I'll have to do much especially if I use spacers on the kmember.

Been there, done it. My ITB set up was just under 9" valley to rail. I cut a good inch plus out of the cowl. Maaaaaybe another 1/2" vertically before I get into glass. You're not going to want to shim more than 1/2" on the K. Will post a pic later if you think it will help in your decision....

Got these for my build to put on my car. The 6.9 is going on the fenders and the 421 on the hood.

So I have priced out the rest of the supercharger parts needed to assemble it totally along with everything else I need to install it in my car and it will be around $2600 but $600 of that is shipping from GMPartsDirect. Trying to see if I can find used parts to source it out cheaper or somewhere with free shipping.

Thanks Emblem Pros did the work. I can't wait to put them on. I actually had it styled after the 427 badge on the c6 z06 I have seen before.

My GMPP CNC LS3 heads arrived. These should provide some really nice power over the 243s. Also I think I am actually going to stick with my original plan of high compression NA. I can get back to 14:1 if I have the heads milled to 63 or 61.5 cc with .030 or .036 head gaskets respectfully, it seems to get 15:1 I'd have to get them milled to 57 or 58 cc and use .036 or .030 head gaskets respectfully. So now I need to find the best intake for the ls3 heads a FAST 102 or a victor with a 4500 elbow? I think I'll do the zl1 supercharger setup on my truck though since it is just placing the supercharger on and switching out the accessories.

Nice! Lol....you change directions more than the wind.

Was really looking forward in how you were gonna pull that blower off. Maybe I have to sell off my ITB set up and give it a try

Get that thing together before the next breeze!!

Those heads look nice. If you want max power, go with the Super Victor/4500 TB. Do you have the cam yet; cant remember? If not, make sure it's spec'd for whatever intake you choose.

Does that require cutting the cowl any? I was considering that intake. Also trying to figure out if I go that route what I need to match it with my ftp 104 lid.

No I don't have the cam yet.

I am also considering the holley hi-ram intake as well. I am not sure where to go at this point since with the e85 heat soak will be no issue.

Will require cutting cowl and losing wipers.
