If anyone wants to send me a ls3 fast I'll do it lol. It looks promising on paper though. The design I like even more than the fast which I didn't previous think was possible lol.

Figured out what pistons I am going with finally. Apparently with Wiseco you can't order the pistons separately for the ones I wanted without paying more than the cost if the whole piston kit....I am going with DSS instead since you can order the pistons separately.

So now that I have ls3 heads I need rockers and I was thinking of going with roller rockers, more specifically the Yella Terra 1.85 rockers what do you guys think of them? I have read several threads that said there were gains to be had with them. I also haven't seen many threads about them breaking like others. Obviously if I get them I'll get a proper spring package to match.

Got the pistons I finally decided on from DSS since they let me just buy the pistons since I already had rings.

So I am scratching the roller rocker idea and I am going to go with BTR trunion with ls3 stock rockers. On another note my wife did not realize that I bought gmpp heads and bought me these LS3 heads for an early Christmas present:

I have already sold the gmpp heads for pretty close what they were bought for and will now be running these TFS heads since they flow better lol. I may at a later point send them to FRH to get them worked even more if I am wanting more down the road.

I go on vacation on the 13th so I am planning on dropping everything off around that time frame for assembly.

Any woman who buys a man a set of TFS heads is a keeper in my book. My wife gets mad at me for buying car parts with money I make detailing cars as my side job. I think you need to post up a picture of this great woman.

Haha yeah she's definitely a keeper. It wouldn't let me attach the picture for some reason and photobucket keeps saying it is too big. I'll have to resize it to work later.

Could you post up a few close up pictures of the TFS heads combustion chambers? Also, how about a few pics with the intake/exhaust valve removed? From the once picture, it looks like the combustion chambers are just partially ported.

Yes I'll do that tonight when I have a chance. The heads are only partially ported I know since FRH ports them even more.

Are you going to have Frankenstein port them further? If so, I bet he creates a MONSTER

At some point maybe but not right now I want to see how much power I make with them as is and then maybe next year I'll do that if I desire more power. Especially since I still need a rear and transmission still.

Never say never Martin. It would be nice to not have to hear constant bitching about car parts.
