Just to update I dropped my engine off at Tick Performance a few weeks ago, the end of April. I met Martin and I must say his customer service is as great in person as it is online if not better. I can't wait to get my engine back and fire her up for the first time. I also got new cam specs.

So an update on my build. Tick Performance just got my engine back from the machine shop so my engine should be ready for me to go get soon! So stoked! I should be able I get it up and running pretty soon after. I'll probably get a mail order tune so I can drive it to get a dyno tune done. Hopefully my rear won't blow before I get my 8.8 built.

I know I've been absent a while but here's my engine and a few other things I've acquired to finish up my build.
Decided to swap to a 02 pcm.
Built 4l60e good for 700+ hp
PRW flex plate
The 421 with ls3 front accessories
Dropped my front suspension to prepare for the 421
Just bought these in 17x4.5/15x10. Going with MT ET Street S/S 28x12.50-15 and MT Sportsman SR 26x6.0-17

A long road but almost there. I have a friend building me a 8.8 rear for my car so I won't blow the rear end on start up LMAO. Also got a Milodon high capacity oil pan, it's 7 quarts not including the oil filter. That and I decided to have my headers dumped out the fenders so I'm doing dual fender exits with TSP 2"x3.5" stainless headers.

Right now only $170 but we just started. That was for the rear itself. I can pm you the details of what the total cost will be or if you pm me your email I can forward it to you as my friend sent it all in a email. I'm saving a lot though because I don't have any labor costs except some welding and gear set up.
