So for my dual fuel pump I have I am thinking of wiring a N20 trigger switch, relay/wiring to turn on the second fuel pump at WOT since I know with e85 one 255 will not suffice for sure when at WOT. I also need to figure out how to install a hotwire kit for the 255s whether it is just two Racetronix hotwire kits I need or if I need to make my own.

This is what I am looking at:
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/electro...ps-switch.html

It essentially monitors the TPS sensor and turns the pump on when I reach WOT. I know nothing about wiring though so I am going to have to research how to wire it.

That looks like a good idea. I know the forced induction guys use a Hobbs switch which turns on the second pump under an "x" amount of boost.

It's either this or running the pump all the time or getting a single AEM E85 320. I am unsure if that one will fit directly in though as far as electrical connections and stuff.

I need to get or make my own hotwire kit for the dual pumps if I don't do the AEM in which case I'll get the Racetronix hotwire kit.

What about the Walbro 450 E85 pump? Isn't that pump a direct replacement for the stock pump? I think the Racetronix hotwire kit will work with it too.

I'll check it out I have a 98 and I am not sure it is a direct replacement for the 98.

Hmm I found something that suggests that the Deatschwerks DW300 pump is a direct fit for a 98. I have an email in asking them. Plus their pumps are e85 compatible and have a 3 year warranty.

Okay according to James at Deatschwerks their DW300 pump with the 9-301-1000 install kit will be plug and play on a 98 Fbody but their catalog says 98 to 02? So I think I am going to get that but keep the dual pump set up and work on wiring it for dual dw300 pumps in the mean time for if I ever decide to go the FI route.

Nice. Are you going to measure the bores to make sure they are all within spec?

It should be completely coated with a light coat of oil, so I hope you couldn't eat off of it. lol

Yeah I need to get a digital caliper first.

I haven't touched the bores and everything but the valley had no noticeable oil coating although the whole thing is glossy so it probably does but I am going to double check that.

So they are between 4.0315 and 4.0345. So all bores are within .003 of each other.

That's great news. I know there were several people who had issues with the Summit blocks, but again, there were a ton who didn't. Now just waiting on the heads huh?

I actually just re-measured and they are within .0005 of each other being 4.0340 to 4.0345. It is a pain to measure with the digital caliper and get it just right lol. Yeah I am waiting on the heads although I am thinking about getting my stuff together and bringing it down to Tick soon and when my heads are ready bring that down later since I am assuming my engine assembly will probably take a few weeks.

Did you ever get the heads back from Advanced Induction yet? I'm looking forward to seeing how they look.

Should be going out by the end of this week according to Phil. So I will probably have them by early next week if not before. I think their machines finally got fixed. I can't wait to get them back.
