Default How far will the stock fuel pump get you?

After all the mods on your engine, how far will the stock fuel pump get you? Or, is it even possible to out grow your stock fuel pump?

Not sure how far the stock fuel pump will get you but I know my build um going with the hotwire racetronix kit from ws6 store. It's like 200 bucks. I don't know your horsepower level or goals. My motor should make around 575 at the crank

stock fuel pump or 14yo stock fuel pump? Do you really think they are the same thing?
How is the power supply, as a general rule stock wiring on everything is marginal and electrical performance can be improved some with wiring upgrades.

this may seem like a dumb question lol, does changing ONLY the fuel pump affect the injectors as far as tuning goes? if I install one will I need to adjust my injector rates?

I bought my Racetronix w/ hotwire kit from Hawks on Ebay. the mod wasn't bad at all. I also recommend replacing the fuel level sensor assy while you have the pump and float out of the tank (is only $14 on Ebay). http://www.ebay.com/itm/360849986447...84.m1497.l2649

there are tiny metal contacts on the float sensor dial and they were all broken or barely hanging on - makes sense because sometimes I'd see my gas gauge surging. I've heard others say they saw same thing when they replaced fuel pump.

With the mods in my signature, the stock fuel pump is my limiting factor and needs replaced, and I'm only heads/cam/full bolt-ons. Couldn't set my rev limiter to 7 grand because at 6500 rpms, fuel pressure drops down to 45psi.

I would say it limits you to around 430rwhp or so. Beyond that and you really should invest in a new pump. The Racetronix with hotwire kit is $200 and would be good for close to 600rwhp and has the provision in the wiring harness for a boost-a-pump.
