coolan pushing out radiator just changed heads
ok so a 98 ls1 low mile put on some ported heads and GM MLS stock gaskets. It is now pushing coolant out the radiator, upper hose hot, t stat housing hot and lower hose cold all other smaller hoses warm to hot.
I know for sure the rt gasket is on with the tab that says front at the front, but the Drivers side I cannot say for sure. IF I put that on backwards would it cause this problem?
Very frustrated don't want to practically take it all apart again.
It filled up the overflow in no time at all and everytime I start the car within a few seconds it starts to push out the radiator.

yes and it filled the overflow up once it ran a few minutes, gauge is high and the fans are on. Fans are set to come on by 220. Seems like air to me too, but boy does it perkulate It has already pushed out a couple gallons and I keep thinking it has bleed itself out and slowly refill. I read and will try to loosen the bypass tubes on the front of both heads to bleed out block and report back.
I sometimes space on things, but really feel I have the DS gasket on right. I just could not of pulled a rookie move like that sliced finger or not from that damn MLS LOL

Thank god for small miracles. Loosened the bybass tube on both sides filled a little, filled a little more, tightened down and left the rubber hose off to let it spit and bleed some more. fired it up, let it spit some more and all fixed.
Now it is time for the saga of tuning the new heads, cam, headers and injectors.
