Oh I'm sorry heads have been milled .020 and hand ported. I wonder how much more power some prc heads would give me

Depends on how good they flow. A good set of CNC'd heads could get you your goal man. If you got the money id give it a shot.

What is your exhaust set up ? What size are your BBK LT's, do they have the 2.5" collectors ? What compression are you at with this motor ?

You're headers and Y are killing you, and I'm serious. Swap that crap out for something 1 7/8" and hopefully dumped duals.

Then address the heads. The AFR 230's or even Some TFS 220's hand ported by Tooley would get you there, then some.

Sound advice above! I'd look long and hard at the TFS 220's. Setup correctly they perform excellent! What is correctly? Buy them from Tooley; get them w/ turned down LS3 intake valves (2.04); powder metal guides (which allows you to run stock GM rockers); milled to the same spec you have currently; and get Tooley to hand finish them. Best bang for the buck on the market IMO.

They only reason I keep these headers I'm running the true duals and fitment is perfect. I also have a starter bridge so I'm not sure if the new headers would be and issue for it. Also you think I should move up to a bigger head like the 230s? And if I go to the 1 7/8 I would need to redo the whole exhaust setup?

I'd second the TFS 220s by Tooley, some TSP 1-7/8" Headers and true duals... You're going to pick up probably 20rwhp just from the headers and another 15-20 from the heads. Btw, Tooley does porting on the FAST as well... so that would be worth some more.

Good choice.

TSP 1 7/8 headers
True duals(you can get the ebay SS true dual) run them to the back through magnaflows, dynomax, summit glass packs(a straight thru muff)

The cam shold be ok, I don't like the lobes but they should work.

Change all of the other stuff first. Do not port your intake untill you made all of the other changes first. Porting the intake should be the last thing you do.
I have some single chamber flows I think I might have to sell them as well because they are 2.5 inlets also with the headers and heads this should put me well over 500whp . Right? Oh only need about 36 more ponies

So I'm probably looking at another 50 hp to pick up. Or somewhere close to it?
