Sorry....... I messed up the threads in the block for my head studs and need to install a time serv sleeve...... The kit is $350 and comes with 10 sleeves. What I would like is if anyone has the kit I would pay for the sleeve and to used the kit and I would return the kit back to them

This sounds like a job for a machine shop.
The old threads should be drilled out at 90* to the deck, and the same for the rethread. Something that's done on a mill.
Get them crooked, and you won't get the head[s] back on.......

The time-sert does exactly that. It is an engineered tool system designed to properly repair the damaged threads. I have used one and it works awesome. I bought the complete setup, repaired my one damaged thread, then resold the kit for basically what I had in it except for the one insert I used. So it was basically a free repair. That will probably be your best option buddy.

It still requires the old threads to be drilled out, correctly..........

OK, perhaps I should be more clear. Engineered system means it does drill them out correctly. It contains fixtures and all. Its a very well engineered kit with one purpose in mind, to fix damaged threads in gen3 engines. Please don't insult everyone's intelligence by speaking about something you have zero experience with, all while blatantly discrediting it.

As I'm always looking for new things to learn, I looked up Time-Sert on youtube. They have an "official" how to use it video but there's no sign of alignment guides or what not to get it all straight.

Are these kits available with optional squaring/aligning guides?

Its a multi-piece setup. My memory is foggy from way back then but I can remember like a 100 series, 200 series, and 300 series setups. Don't remember exact numbers. You needed either 2 or 3 of these to complete the repair. One of them is the LS based fixtures. The drills are taps are specific to the repairs, meaning the tools are so specialized it would be dumb to break the kits apart for any other purpose. So you bought the drill tap setup, then the fixture setup, and you make the repair. Once you see the tools, then use them, you realize how damn cool they are.
