Default Valve Spring and Cam Questions

If I run an MS3 cam in an LQ4 can I run .610 valvesprings (MS3 max lift is .609) or should the valvesprings be quite a bit higher to eliminate the risk of problems. Also how low of a stall can I run with that cam? 3500 is recommended but I've seen people run 3200. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

.610 valve springs tells us absolutely nothing. Do you have a part number you are thinking?

As much as I would love to tell you to buy those, you will need more spring rate for the MS3. I would think about a 1219X if you want a beehive.

always use the springs your cam grinder recommends. Period.
As for converter, buy the best one you can afford. what trans you using?

Yes, those springs look correct, but for less money, you can get the Brain Tooley Platinum dual springs. That is what I use and they are excellent pieces:
