So im stuck in between two cams the brain tooley 235/242 .621"/.592" 111+3 or the texas speed ms4 239/242 .649"/.609 110

You won't pick up 40-50hp with a different cam. But you will with heads. At this point, it's time to look at the heads.
Budget, I'd do PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L Heads for $1250... more budget I'd do Tooley worked TFS 220s for about $2000.

^^^ This is what I would do. The PRC 5.3 heads are a great deal.

Even if you on a tight budget a set of 243 heads will be a improvement over the 241 heads..... and you can swing a little but more cash send them to advanced induction, chris frank, etc....
The TFS 220s hand ported by Tooley with PM guides, LS3 intake valves, and BTR springs would be my choice. You'll probably pick up 50rwhp over what you have or very close to it. That would be about what 3 tenths in the 1/8?
