Wished I would have painted the T cover but ran <br/>Outta time as I needed to load up and deliver

Basically went in the trunk of my Malibu to make the 75 minute trip to its new owner He has new lifters and I’ll end up helping him torque the heads as well as install the valve train

Few pages back in the thread I showed the removal of the disgusting original truck pump; cleaned and shimmed the bypass spring. Cost=FREE..

So the new owner of Lil’ Brownie sent me this from the weekend. The removal of the perfectly good LS1 aluminum engine for parts to facilitate the other 853 headed LS1/LT conversion in his white thirtieth. He chuckled at the thought of replacing it with a tiny iron block truck engine.

Owner of Lil’ Brownie decided he had too many F body’s and found this heap over the weekend.
Picked it up cheap with a smoked 4.3. Two wheel drive. Lotsa room for hot side snail muffler
i told him to name it “White Chocolate”. Lol

I really need to move out of this damn state.....if I didn't live in ca. I'd do the same thing, pickup a cheap 6 banger pickup, and give it a new lease on life......I gotta find either a pre 97 diesel or pre 75 gas car to put these motors in......problem is anything smog exempt in ca is gonna cost ya....I guess I can just build them and hope an out of state buyer will be intrested. ... I gotta 91 fox body in the side yard.....but I don't wanna go to referees station. ....how does it work in other states if you wanna put a lm7 into a 92 fox body and be street legal?

I’m Wisconsin we don’t even emissions test stuff pre 2005-6 era. After the Obama trade in deal all of our state owned testing facilities closed. Now specific service stations just plug in. Check for codes and renew sticker. It’s only every other year and in highly populated counties. Where this dude lives they don’t even question or check. lol
