Are you really asking what size injectors and/or fuel pump you need to support that power level?

While not a 6.0, my LS1 383 is a 6.3, it makes 465 whp. #42 injectors, Racetronix 255 fuel pump & hot wire. M6 w/4.10's gears Gets 24-25 mpg highway. Small cam 229/229. Not exactly like your engine but fairly close

Do not want to come off as a dick, but...at 450 HP, are you really worried about the mileage...???

Or are you really looking for injector sizing, or fuel pump volume, as was asked earlier...???

Regarding fuel system when my 99TA was a heads & cam car, made 418whp stock #26 injectors & stock fuel pump. 4.10 gears, M6 and got 27.5 mpg highway.

In an LS1 fbody if the stock fuel system is in like new condition, up to ~450 whp was supported with injectors maxed out. That isn't the best way to do it. With the cars all being 16+ years old, I wouldn't want to count on the stock pump or injectors to support that kind of hp.
