Default 230/236 -.592/.578 on a 112 opinions...

What do you guys think, this would be on stock heads for a while (bout 6 months or so) and the car is a daily driver...I'd like you opinion, what kind of power will this make, how will the driveability issues and engine durability be with it. Are these #s good, or should i just go with something in the range of the F1? I'm gonna run it on comp 918s...Tell me you other ideas and concerns...Also how would the engine handle a nice 100 shot on top of this?

P. S. Some 3.73s or maybe 4.10s would go along with it

I like those #s. If your heads are bone stock and unmilled why not just get the LG cam? I would go with the XER lobes on both sides thinking for future upgradeability.

Thats a healthy cam. I like the #'s, and actually thought of doing something similar before. With a set of stock heads, all the bolt ons and good tuning you should see 390-395 rwhp without a problem. A good set of heads and 430-440 rwhp would be pretty doable. Driveability will be decent with a good tune, i'd call either Jayson @ MTI or Allan @ Futural about tuning. They both have EXCELLENT tuning abilities, both driveability and power.

918's will be fine, just make sure you properly heat cycle the springs upon the first crank and let them heat up to operating temp before ever beating on the car.

Definately do 4:10's. Big cams do NOT make low end TQ, and you'll be a slug under 3K without some decent gears. That cam will scream from 3500+.....

Some may say thats not too extreme for a daily driver but the lift is a little high IMO for one. With the way you drive, lol, you'll be needing to change those springs prolly every 10k-12k miles. If you dont mind that, then i wouldnt worry about it.
You could go with a milder lift like the ASA cam
226/236 @ .525 110lsa or get a custom grind on a 112 lsa with something close to those specs.

100 shot? better make is a 150

I am running a cam almost identical to what you hve suggested and I must tell you that it drives great but is definetly on the edge for a daily driver..

Also - I am using MTIs LS6 S2 heads with double springs and I have been told to only use double springs when going beyond 230+ duration cause if you break a single spring you are almost cretian to slap a valve..

BTW - I love the power of this cam as it hits VERY hard up top and I swaped this cam from a MTI X1 Cam.. and email me if you want more info on it and or where you can get one..

For nitrous you generally want more duration and lift on the exhaust side, expecially with stock heads.
