hows the drivability with this cam? any1 daily drive with it? hows yr gas milage?

Looks like you have an F11 as is...I dont think gas mileage is going to change much between the two...just my opinion.

i'm probably going to run this cam in the spring. should be pretty strong. drivability should be just like all of allan's creations....great! i'll be going with it on a 112 tho since i'm a m6. i talked to candy about this cam right before they released it and it sounded VERY promising. not quite the RJ cam, but a good step beyond the f13. check out the dyno section, some guy in an a4 freakin pulled 422 unlocked thats nuts. can't wait to see some m6 numbers.

i ordered the fm14cam as well on a 112. cant wait till spring

I run Cams close to that but different cut's on the lobes.The idle is good at 900rpm,drivability is great,peak hp is at 6300rpm ect. Can't say your Cam will be the same but should be close.

Just curious as to why you didn't have alan grind you a cam that is custom tailored to your needs?

That's a good enough reason. It's nice to see that some of Alan's "off the shelf" cams will also work very well with aftermarket/ported heads. Good luck on your final result.

quite a few of allan's cams will work well w/aftermarket ported heads.
