flycutting-half done with pics

the last one on the right came out a littled bigger than the other ones cause i was on an angle with the drill to get under the cowl. will that be ok??

It's a pain in the *** isn't it?? LOL. All of mine are different sizes, and it is still together. What are you using to keep the shavings out of your engine? Also, are you using a head without valve seats in it to mount the tool in?

im putting tape over the cylinder bores then shop vaccing the shavings up. im using tea's flycutting jig-a hollowed out head and the bit goes right in it.

all done well i tried to stay around .065-.070 but one of them is a little deeper

Be very,very carefull.I don't even use a drill and it takes me 20-30 seconds to cut them by hand with a rachet wrench.Those look pretty deep in the pictures to me.

I just visited their website and looked under cooling and engine components and had no luck finding them. Maybe discontinued or I was not looking in the right spot. THanks for the info!

Hopefully not mine too Andrew!

Try an right angle drill on the rears, much more clearance under the cowl = hind sight is 20/20!
