Thumbs up picked up 35 rwhp with GT2-3

i had my car dynod today to see the power increase from my cam swap from a couple months ago. i am extremly happy with the results . i figured i would get 25 rwhp at the most and was like when it hit 351 rwhp. i've got the graphs to compare it to stock.

Nice gains with it. That cam is close to my Y1 specs! Now spray it and really see something happen!

The GT2-3 is nowhere close to the Y1.

GT2-3 is 207/220 .581/.581 118.5....it's a super sleeper cam.

What kind of supporting mods do you have? Headers? Cats? Duals? Catback?

I`m planning to go with a good iron 408 and direct port in the future. Thats why I went with all the LSX stuff and kooks so it will bolt right on. All I have to do is sell my stock bottom, cam, and S2 heads then to help pay! But it will be in a year or so!

Wow, that's a huge gain for a car with stock exhaust. How is the sound under the hood? Does it sound like a sewing machine or is it as quiet (valve clatter) as stock?

the valvetrain is a little louder than stock but you can't tell that anything has been changed.

I just had my car tuned after the install of the GT2-3. Runs and feels great. Even with the stock programming, it ran pretty good. But getting it tuned is that much better

Mods for my car are LPE GT2-3, Dynatech LT's with cats, 160 t-stat, Speed Inc CAI, SLP Pulley, BMR STB

Here's mine for a comparison:
