I don't have cats so my rear 02's are just unplugged so I do have an ses light. I'll have to get them deleted and then see if I set any codes, but I really doubt I will cause I've had zero issues so far. I guess I just got caught up in the hype, you Know how if I put this cam in it would be nothing but problems? Still waiting.

You will absolutely get a check engine light. I can 110% assure you of that. You will get a P0300 Random Engine Misfire. While there isnt actually a misfire, the computer thinks there is because of the random fluctuations in idle speed. Trust me... ive cleared mine so many times, and it comes back within 10 seconds of running the car again. If you have LS1 edit, just delete it.. no biggie.... I also got O2 sensor insuffient switching codes... and they're new O2's... so i dunno... Good luck guys... This has become a huge trend. I was one of the first to use this cam, now everyone has it....

rtss, do you think its worth the jump from .525 to .572 with the rockers on stock heads.I mean, do the stock heads flow enough to benefit from more lift? Also I would have to upgrade my 02 springs to 918's or something?wouldn't I? How many horses could I gain?

Oh yeah by the way, I finally got the ***** to open her up. This thing really revs fast. the power starts pretty low and as the revs build it starts pulling harder and harder. From 4000 to 6200 the needele flies , it slamms into the limiter! Definatly got to raise the limiter!

I've asked several questions about this cam before, and no one ever replied. It sounds (both by ear and by the specs) like the type of cam I'm looking for.

Though Comp just came out with a new cam that I'm also considering....
224/228 .534/.537 112

I don't know which one would make more power. I think the comp would be a little more "driveable" but the ASA sounds damn mean

Ackattack... there are alot of people that dont like this cam. mainly because they are stupid but yeah this cam would be a good power maker, and i cant wait to hear one in person and when i get to feel the power of it

Bigbake I agree but the LS6 head does like lift.
Is GM using the Grandcup or ASA with there STOCK LS6 heads when they are racing these setups?

I'm pretty sure the heads have to be unported in these classes?I would also agree the area under the curve should be wicked with this cam.

Thanks to all thoes that made that possible. That is friggin tight man. So I bet the shake on the sifter is hardly noticable at all . I wonder if I would be able to us it during patrol. Yes, I am a cop and wish I could use this cam, but with an A4, I doubt it will idle good. Car has a hard time with the cam I have in it now. But wouldn't mind trying it.

Hey DAN:
If YOU had this cam how would you get it throught inspection?

Consider yourself under oath ...so please tell the true and nothing but the whole truth ...as all cops do so frequently in those court proceedings...
